ROBINSONS Land Corp. (RLC) has partnered with Pag-IBIG Fund to widen access to affordable homes for Filipino workers under the government’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (Expanded 4PH) Program.
Under a memorandum of understanding signed on Oct. 5 in Pasig City, qualified Pag-IBIG members will gain access to selected Robinsons Land and RLC Residences developments, including ready-for-occupancy units, with preferential pricing and buyer incentives.
The agreement was signed by Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta and RLC President and CEO Mybelle Aragon-GoBio, witnessed by Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Secretary and Pag-IBIG Chairman Jose Ramon P. Aliling.
Aliling said the partnership supports the government’s goal of making homeownership more attainable for Filipino families.
Acosta said combining affordable property prices with lower monthly amortizations would help members manage housing payments while keeping enough money for essential household expenses.
Aragon-GoBio said the partnership would give Filipino workers more opportunities to own homes by combining RLC’s property portfolio with Pag-IBIG’s financing facilities.
The initiative comes as the country observes National Shelter Month.
To further improve affordability, Pag-IBIG raised its maximum housing loan limit to ₱10 million in June. It also offers promotional annual interest rates of 4.5% for loans of up to ₱4.9 million and 5.75% for larger loans, fixed for three years through 2026.
The partnership will also include joint housing fairs, member briefings and loan counseling to help prospective buyers explore available properties and financing options.
