Vista Land has expanded the commercial offerings of its 350-hectare Provence estate in Bulacan with the opening of a Puregold supermarket at Vista Mall Malolos.
Puregold joins existing establishments in the development, including AllHome, Coffee Project, Chicken Deli, Dear Joe, Kinder City and Vista Cinemas, adding grocery shopping and everyday essentials to its retail, dining and entertainment options.
The supermarket offers fresh food, household necessities, and other goods at competitive prices, serving residents and neighboring communities while potentially drawing more shoppers to the estate.
Vista Land executives and employees joined Puregold representatives in marking the opening. The event featured an interfaith blessing led by Reverend Monsignor Pablo S. Legaspi Jr., parish priest of Holy Spirit Parish-Alido, followed by traditional dragon and lion dances. Product sampling, promotional deals and special offers were also available to shoppers.
The addition supports Vista Land’s efforts to develop Provence as an integrated residential, commercial and lifestyle destination. The company expects a broader mix of establishments to encourage foot traffic, support local businesses and create opportunities for commercial growth.
The development strategy is also supported by Vista Commercial Assets (VCA), which consolidates commercial properties across the Vista Land portfolio and offers land and spaces for sale or lease to businesses and investors.
