Like most women, Jennylyn Mercado says she’s as OC (Obsessive-Compulsive) as any other.
“I like my environment clean and smelling good, especially our home,” the veteran actress addressed a media conference May announcing her as official endorser of Reverie.
Describing herself as basically a homebody, Jennylyn said she’s particularly a room-body, or someone who spends most of her time, whether during waking or sleeping hours, within the confines of her bedroom. “I work in there. I read my script, do my phone calls, practically everything in my room,” she shared.
That’s why, she said, it’s quite important that her private space must be maintained spic and span at all times. She added that landing an endorsement deal with Beautederm president Ms Rhea Anicoche Tan’s premium home line, Reverie, was heaven-sent. “It’s something that I need and live with.”
At the media con, a reporter asked her what particular scent she and Dennis Trillo preferred in their moments of intimacy. Jennylyn laughed out loud, but later saying the coffee flavor fits the bill. “Parang nagkape ka na rin.”
Reverie, an exquisite line of home scents as soy candles, air purifiers, room and linen sprays, was launched in 2018.
Other essential products meant to protect homes from germs, bacteria, and viruses include Pour Tout Faire, a 3-in-1 multi-purpose spray that deodorizes, disinfects and eliminates unpleasant odors.
The Reverie line also released a limited-edition soy candle box set of three new scents: Cherimoya, Vanilla, and Melon.
